Difficut pose to perform, mainly the challenge will be on the flyer's flexibility to do the yoga pose. For the base, it is important to maintain the balance within both legs. The leg that is directly gripped to flyer's hand, should be not too far to the front but as well not too much to the back. A good way to come in would be from a mix of Straddle Bat (see post) and F2F (see post), that means one of the bases' feet is hook on the flyer's leg and the other one is on F2F grip. From there, the flyer can start grabbing the ankle of the base, till feeling comfortable to go onto the full pose.
Difficulty level (1 very low to 5 very high): 3
