Nice pose for the flyer to stretch a forward fold with the partner. For the base does not mean a really effort or intense stretch. Depending on the flexibility of the flyer, the pose can be intensified. To come in just start with the legs of the base and the upper thighs of the flyer, and then go for the arms of the base and legs of the flyer, this way it will be much easier.
