As with the Low / High F2H (see post), this pose is already a good sign of an intermediate level. And it can give a lot of joy since it can be used into many flows and transitions. As well as great training for H2H and RH2H. The RF2H can be easier as the F2H, but anyways once gotten the basics of one the other should come almost automatically.
