A great pose to start practising standing poses with safety and control. Depending on the difference in heights, the base will need to squat lower. Think to get sacrum with sacrum so that when you come up, the flyer has most of the back supported on the base. It is as well a great therapeutic flying pose, since it can be a deep stretch for the bases' thigs and for the flyer's back.
